Delivery and Returns


UK Mainland

Delivery to UK mainland addresses is available for FREE on all orders over £500. Orders under £500 are charged at a delivery contribution rate of £49. 

Please note that this is a mainland only service. Scottish Highlands and offshore islands are NOT included in our free delivery service. If you require delivery to these areas, we will contact you after checkout with a shipping quote.

Our delivery service includes taking your headboard to the room of your choice, but please note the item will not be unpacked or installed. All packaging will remain with you, as it is required should you wish to make a return.

Our nominated carrier will contact you directly by text or on the telephone to inform you of the date of delivery soon after dispatch.

Northern Ireland

Shipping to Northern Ireland is available and will be shown at checkout.

Scottish Highlands & Islands

Due to the size and weight of our headboards, we are unable to deliver to certain postcode areas in the Scottish Highlands & Islands. This includes IV25–IV63, KW1–KW17, HS1–HS9, and ZE1–ZE3. If your delivery address falls within these areas you can checkout your order and no delivery price will be shown,  We will then contact you to offer a shipping quote for you to consider or arrange for your order to be delivered to a destination of your choice and for you to arrange their onward shipping at your own expense.

UK Offshore Islands & Republic of Ireland

We can arrange delivery to locations outside our standard delivery routes, including the Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Wight, and the Republic of Ireland, by special arrangement. For these destinations, please checkout your headboard and we will obtain a shipping quote for you before confirming your order. Or, we can ship to a UK port of your choice for onward shipping arranged by you.

Overseas Deliveries

For customers outside the UK (excluding Northern Ireland, which is available at checkout), we are only able to deliver headboards to a UK mainland freight forwarder of your choice. You will then be responsible for arranging onward shipping directly with your haulier. Please note that in this instance we cannot accept responsibility for transit times or any damage that may occur once the item has been passed to your chosen freight company.

Returns & Damages

IMPORTANT: Please retain ALL original packaging until you are 100% satisfied with your order.

We want you to be delighted with your headboard, but if for any reason you are not, you can return it. Please notify us within 14 days of delivery if you would like to arrange a return. Items must be in as new condition and returned in their original packaging. A £49 return and restocking fee will apply to cover the cost of collection. Once the item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, less the collection fee.

In the very rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, damages must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us straight away. We can not help with damage rectification after the 14 day from delivery date has passed.
